MEMBERSHIP FEE
See Membership Fee in Schedule A of your contract
MEMBERSHIP DEPOSIT
- 6 month Membership: The amount equal to two (2) months of the Membership Fee payable for a 6 month Membership.
- 12 month Membership: The amount equal to two (2) months of the Membership Fee payable for a 12 month Membership.
- 24 month Membership: The amount equal to two (2) months of the Membership Fee payable for a 24 month Membership.
- Paid Upfront Membership: The amount equal to 10% of the Membership Fee payable for the duration of the Membership.
- Month to Month Membership: The amount equal to one (1) month of the Membership Fee payable for a Month to Month Membership.
JOINING FEE
$100 + GST per User
PAUSE FEE
$100 + GST per pause (month-to-month Open Desk memberships only)
EARLY TERMINATION FEE
The amount equal to the Membership Fees payable by the Member for the remainder of their Membership Duration.
REPLACEMENT FEE
$65 + GST
LATE PAYMENT FEE
- If your Membership Fee remains overdue for more than 28 days: $120 + GST
- If your Membership Fee remains overdue for more than 56 days: $240 + GST
PRINTING FEE
Memberships include a printing allocation outlined in Schedule A of your contract. Outside of the allocation, charges apply:
- $0.05 per A4 black and white page
- $0.25 per A4 colour page
- $0.10 per A3 black and white page
- $0.50 per A3 colour page
MEETING ROOM CREDIT FEE
Memberships include a Meeting Room Credit allocation outlined in Schedule A of your contract. Outside of the allocation, charges apply: $20 + GST per 4 credits
PHOTOGRAPHY STUDIO FEE
$300 + GST per day
DAY PASS BOOKING FEE
$50 + GST per booking
MINIMUM NOTICE PERIOD
- 6 month Membership: [two (2) months]
